Building Internal Capability
Strengthening the Support You Already Have
Developing the right knowledge, skills and support within your organisation can strengthen the way you support crew mental health and wellbeing and respond when concerns arise.
We work with you to build on the resources, people and structures you already have, developing capability that reflects your operational context and the needs of your workforce.

Developing Effective Internal Support
Internal capability can take different forms depending on your organisation. It may involve strengthening the skills of those already responsible for crew wellbeing, developing clearly defined support roles, or putting appropriate policies, procedures and support systems in place.
Effective internal capability also means recognising the boundaries of these roles and ensuring people have access to specialist expertise when they need it. Our involvement can extend beyond initial development and training to provide ongoing consultation, reflective practice and clinical supervision.

What would work for you?
The right approach will depend on your people, existing structures and operational context. We can help you consider what capability would be most useful, build on what is already in place and identify where specialist input or ongoing support may be needed.
